The Providence County Kennel Club visits organizations in the community to bring the fun and friendship of dogs to those who might not otherwise be able to enjoy them. Most of our events do not require dogs with therapy certifications, but you should only bring your dog if it is well socialized, well housebroken, and not dog aggressive.
We have a program that gives the traits and history of the various breeds that attend the event given with a touch of humor. We speak about the Providence County Kennel Club and why we do what we do. Residents are given a chance to get a close look at each of the dogs.
